Kappal is satisfying in many ways. The songs have played out good and music director Natarajan Sankaran has soulfully done the score. Cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan and editor Antony have worked in tandem and offered a well harbored entertainer. Director Karthi G Krish has a great sense of humor, his script and pleasing narration stand proof to the same. Definitely a promising debut. Shankar adds another feather to his cap and overall, <em>Kappal</em> has love and friendship travelling on a same boat with enthralling moments of laughter.
