Discussing about the technicalities, NR Ragunathan’s songs are decent while the BGM is good. Masani’s cinematography is adequate but editing by Deva is not up to the mark, the scene towards the prolonged climax demands a serious attention from the editor.
To conclude, Rajkiran steals the show in Manjpai, but too much of Melodrama and stereotypes spoil the show, over all Manjapai is a mixed bag.
