D Imman’s music and BGM is in tune with the theme. “Anbulla Appa” by Yesudas and “Pidikuthe” are the pick of the lot. Sigaram Thodu is technically slick. The top angle shots of Vijay Ulaganath are stunning especially the Uttar Kasi portions in the first half. Added to that Praveen KL’s editing makes it racy. On the downside the film could have avoided unnecessary romance and plane humour in the first half.
On the whole here is a film that strikes a balance between style and substance. The director and his screenplay have been able to construct an engrossing actor –driven thriller with panache.
