The action is a bit over the top as you would expect in a Siva film, but is fits in with the overall mood of the film and the stature of the star. Siva has gone for the ‘mass’ quotient and has succeeded in doing what he intended to. Anirudh joins in on the same idea and creates a ‘mass’ BGM for the fans’ benefit.
Vedalam is almost a perfect Thala Deepavali. A thorough commercial which will make his fans go crazy and also keep the general audience entertained. Ajith’s charisma and energy make this a festive experience. Go for it for a cracker of a Deepavali.
