After a long time, Ajith trades in his designer suits and sunglasses for a white shirt and veshti and has no problem carrying it off. Another change also knocks a few years off his looks after he shows up at Tamannah’s house. Tamannah is a complete misfit for the role and even her character’s name and she doesn’t really pull off the stunned expression she goes for after she is hurt. Vidharth(who gets a reference to his Mynaa) and Bala have a little more screen time compared to the other two brothers while Thambi Ramaiya, who also gets a filmi reference(to Kazhugu) during a song sequence, is more irritating than funny. Atul Kulkarni is wasted while Pradeep Rawat is all sound. Nallavannu Sonnaalum… is a catchy intro song while Ival Dhaanaa… is a nice romantic number.
