Dangal actress Sanya Malhotra has been signed on for a film to be directed by Lunchbox fame Ritesh Batra. Co-starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the film will reportedly be set in Mumbai.


The Multiplex Association of India, in a press release, has said that all multiplexes operating in Chennai will go on strike from October 3 to protest the double taxation on cinema tickets.
