Superstar Rajinikanth’s 67th birthday celebrations started at 12 am with the release of Kaala poster. Wishes kept pouring on social media – from fans, colleagues, politicians. The year 2018 is going to be a big one for the actor who has two big releases – 2.0 and Kaala. There are also speculations that he might announce his entry into politics. Given the hysteria that follows any news related to Rajinikanth, the actor has been cautious about making any statements.
This is the third year in a row that the actor has chosen to have low-key celebrations. But the fans will not have it. Celebrations for Thalaivar’s birthday has to be king-size. The fan clubs have even organised prayer meetings for him.
Usually, the actor steps out of his Poes Garden residence and interacts with his fans but today, they were informed that their hero is out of town. But the celebrations continued.
