So far as TV events are concerned a Friends reunion has perhaps been the most anticipated, most discussed and least plausible… Until now. The cast has remained elusive, teased fans, said maybe, no, and at last it looks like they are saying yes.
For the uninitiated, Friends, a beloved American sitcom that ran for 10 seasons, catapulted to international stardom it’s six cast members — Jennifer Anniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Mathew Perry, David Schwimmer, Matt Le Blanc, between 1994 and 2004.
Over the last few weeks there have been signs of a reunion. This, even as cast members Mathew Perry and Jennifer Anniston ‘broke the internet’ when they joined Instagram.
Now all six cast members have posted this on their insta:

Variety reported that the cast “will return to the original “Friends” soundstage, Stage 24, on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank to celebrate the long-running series, which ended its run in 2004.”
The star cast will reportedly be paid $2.5 million each for the special. Variety also reports that “Ben Winston will direct the special and executive produce alongside “Friends” executive producers Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman and David Crane.”
