The Ajith 55 team recently wrapped up their schedule in north India. According to the film’s composer Harris Jayaraj, the team has been shooting a ‘lullaby song’, which will feature Ajith in his salt-and-pepper look. Child artiste Anikha plays his daughter in the song, and if reports are to be believed, she has accompanied him on this trip up north. The song was shot mostly in Gangtok, while some other scenes were filmed across Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Chandigarh.

Actor Vivek, who is also a part of this trip, has kept his fans happy with regular updates of Ajith 55 and even posted this picture of him posing with Ajith. The team is reportedly on the way back to Chennai right now; they will have a short break, following which another schedule will begin.
Ajith 55 has Ajith Kumar play an investigator of sorts, with Anushka Shetty as the love interest. Trisha Krishnan plays his lost love while baby Anikha plays his daughter. Dan MacArthur handles the cinematography while AM Rathnam is producing the film.
The movie still remains untitled.
