Telugu actor Gopichand, who was recently shooting for a film directed by Thiru in Rajasthan, met with an accident while filming an action action sequence. According to reports, he was on a bike and was filming an action sequence when the bike skidded out of control. Gopichand fell off the bike and suffered multiple injuries. Reports also say the stuntman who was part of the sequence was injured too.
A report in Bollywood Life says that the actor was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. The injury is not a major as per some reports, and the actor’s health condition is fine. Meanwhile the makers of the film have paused the shoot currently, as they wait for the actor to heal. They will reschedule the shoot, allowing the actor to recuperate.

Incidentally, Monday is the last day of the shoot in Jaipur after which the unit is planning to come back to Hyderabad. The incident has created a buzz in the Telugu film industry and among the actor’s fans, with his fans wishing him and praying for his speedy recovery. Director Sampath Nandi tweeted saying that the actor is doing good.

Said to be a commercial entertainer, the as yet untitled film is scheduled to release sometimes soon this year. Gopichand was last seen in Pantham in 2018, which was directed by K. Chakravarthy Reddy. It starred Mehreen Pirzada and is said to be Gopichand’s 25th film. However, it failed to impress the audience and was a total dud.
The actor has also starred in other famous films like, Okkadunnadu, Golimaar, Wanted, Mogudu, Aaradugula Bullet, Oxygen and many more.
