Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who is awaiting the release of director Thiru’s Mr. Chandramouli, has announced her next project with director JK on Twitter.

Going by the poster she shared, the film looks like a thriller. The logo features an eye with the silhouette of a person standing and a big question mark between the lids.
The film is bankrolled by Sai Samarath movies and has music by Sam CS.
Varalaxmi, one of the busiest actresses in the industry, has her hands full with projects in various stages of progress. In an interview to First Post, the actress spoke about her character in Mr. Chandaramouli – she is an innocent, independent girl in the film. She’s also part of AR Murugadoss’ Sarkar, and the grapevine has it that she plays the Chief Minister’s daughter in the film. However, the actress is yet to confirm the news. In Maari 2, starring Dhanush and directed by Balaji Mohan, she essays a vital part, while she is a “loud, Madurai girl” in Sandakozhi 2.
The actress also has in her kitty the much-delayed Echcharikkai- Idhu Manidhargal Nadamadum Idam, a crime thriller directed by newcomer Sarjun, Muthukumaran’s romantic comedy drama Kanni Rasi, Sundar C’s action comedy Madha Gaja Raja and Manojkumar Natarajan’s female-centric psychological thriller Velvet Nagaram.
