AR Murugadoss, who was hospitalised earlier today after he complained of chest pain, has been discharged, and is now resting at home. The director was taken to Malar Hospital in Adyar, and was diagnosed with food-poisoning. Said his publicist, “Murugadoss was admitted this afternoon after a bout of nausea and chest pain. He was discharged within an hour and is now recuperating at home.” The director has also been advised a week of rest.
This illness has been attributed to the stressful lifestyle that he’s led the past few months. The director has been working odd hours since the beginning of Kaththi this year.
