Achchamundu Achchamundu’s director Arun Vaidyanathan has returned to Kollywood with a thriller movie which will feature actor Arjun as a police officer. Speaking to TOI, Arun Vaidyanathan said that Arjun’s portrayal would be different from the aggressive policeman seen in most Tamil movies. The title of the film and the rest of the crew are yet to be finalised. The team is scheduled to begin shooting in Chennai and Bangalore by August.
After debuting in Kollywood with Achchamundu Achchamundu, Arun Vaidyanathan produced director RS Prasanna’s Kalyana Samayal Sadham. He subsequently ventured into Mollywood with Peruchazhi, which starred Mohanlal.
