Atharvaa is the latest star to sport a six-pack. The actor was lying low for a while after Paradesi, and when he attended the Vijay Awards ceremony, one could notice the evident changes in his physique. Having gained a lot of weight for his role in Paradesi, the actor said he had been working out strenuously, with a rigid diet to get those washboard abs. “It took me almost a year to get what I wanted,” Atharvaa revealed, “it has been a secret mission.” The actor will be sporting this new look in his upcoming film, Eetti, in which he’s playing an athlete. “I decided to do justice to my character by making myself fit. It will look authentic now,” he declared.
Atharvaa also confirmed that the movie is in the final leg of shooting, and it will be released in a couple of months. Ravi Arasu directs Eetti while GV Prakash Kumar composes music. Actress Sri Divya stars opposite Atharvaa, and Jayaprakash and Naren will be seen in pivotal roles.
