The audio launch of Nivin Pauly, Trisha starrer Hey Jude was recently held in Kochi. Noted music director MK Arjunan Master launched the audio.
Apart from the lead actors, director Shyamaprasad along with Sibi Malayil, Ousepachan, Gopi Sundar, Sayanora Philip attended the event.

The film sees Nivin Pauly characterising the role of Jude, a socially awkward geek. The film marks the debut of Trisha in Malayalam film industry. Nivin was one of the star cast in Shyamaprasad’s previous film Ivide.
Siddique, Neena Kurup, Vijay Menon and Aju Varghese also play prominent characters in the film.
The film sees the collaboration of four music directors from the Malayalam industry. Rahul Raj has worked previously with Shyamaprasad in Ritu, there is Ousepachan who composed for Shayamapasad’s Ore Kadal, M. Jayachandran who composed before for the award-winning movie Akale and Gopi Sunder who was the music director of Ivide.
Named after the title of the famous Beatles song, ‘Hey Jude’, it is touted to be a musical-romance film. The audio launch also witnessed the release of the song titled ‘Meenukal Vannupoy’ composed by Ousepachan, with lyrics written by Dr Madhu Vasudevan. Amal Antony and Sayanora Philip are the singers of this track.
