Actor and Hindupur MLA Balakrishna has faced flak for allegedly distributing cash during a roadshow ahead of the Nandbyal bypoll. In a photo posted by Sakshi, the actor can be seen handing over money to a fan. In his other hand, the actor holds a wad of currency.
