Legendary composer MS Viswanathan has been admitted to a private hospital in Adayar after suffering from breathing difficulties. The 87-year-old music director is responding well to the treatment and has shown signs of progress, said sources. They added that the composer will be shifted to the general ward after spending a few days in the intensive care unit.
The ace music director had celebrated his 87th birthday on June 24. He has over 1200 films to his credit.
