Actor Dakota Fanning will play Squeaky Fromme, a member of Charles Manson’s ‘family’ in an upcoming film. Titled Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the film has Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead roles. Quentin Tarantino is attached to direct the film.
According to reports, it revolves around an over-the-hill Western actor (Brad Pitt) and his stunt double (Leonardo DiCaprio) struggling to survive at the end of the 1960s.
Damian Lewis, Luke Perry have come onboard for the project as well. Lewis will portray Steve McQueen while Perry will play Scott Lancer.
The film also features Emile Hirsch as Jay Sebring, the celebrity hairstylist, Clifton Collins as Ernesto The Mexican Vaquero, Keith Jefferson as Land Pirate Keith and Nicholas Hammond as director Sam Wanamaker.
Produced by Tarantino, David Heyman and Shannon McIntosh, the film is set to be released in August 2019.
