Actress Dhansika has been signed on to act in a film called Kaathadi. Directed by Naalaya Iyakkunar fame Kalyan, the film also has Daniel Annie Pope in it and promises to be a fun entertainer.

The actress is also a part of Samuthirakani’s ambitious Kitnaa where she plays the female lead alongside the director. It’s a challenging role for the actress as she has to portray a woman through the ages of 18 to 40. Filming will begin this month and Dhansika is quite excited to begin shoot.
Post her award-winning performance in Paradesi, Dhansika is quite keen on signing “quality” films. “Obviously, I’m not averse to acting in commercial movies, but I’d love to get meaty roles as well. I’ve been listening to some scripts, but nothing is finalised yet,” she told us.
Her Vizhithiru alongside Krishna and Vidharth might release sometime soon while Kaathadi is also progressing rapidly towards the finish line.
