Dia Mirza is excited at the prospect of married actors breaking sterotypes, and continuing with their career after marriage.
“I really think each one of us (married actors) is going to break the mould. I handle my home beautifully. However, I am not just my husband’s name. I am never going to stop evolving and growing,” she said.

“The leading ladies in our films are not perceived as individuals with their own identities, because they are expected to just excite the audience. But there is a rebellion of sorts. In a male-dominated industry, there is some light at the end of the tunnel,” she said.
Dia Mirza was last seen in her home production Love Breakups Zindagi. She has lead roles in Hello Mumbai and Familywala. Both films are scheduled to release this year.
