The film is 80 percent complete and post-production work has just begun. The film’s teaser is slated to release soon.
The project was announced in September last year. The actor-director duo’s Mundasupatti – a period-comedy set in the ’80s, won positive reviews from both critics and the audiences. The film was an expansion of director Ram’s short film of the same name.
Minmini is bankrolled by Axess Film Factory which previously produced Urumeen and is currently producing Maragadha Naanayam, starring Aadhi and Nikki Galrani.
