Escape Artistes Motion Pictures has bought the theatrical rights of Uppu Karuvadu, directed by Radha Mohan, starring Karunakaran and Nandita. P. Madan took to twitter to announce the same :

Recently, actress Jyothika revealed the first look teaser of the film, which was met with a positive response from audience. Just like his previous films, Uppu Karuvadu will also be a wholesome family entertainer, says director Radha Mohan.
Uppu Karuvadu has MS Bhaskar, Kumaravel, Chams and choreographer Sathish in supporting roles. Music director Steeve Vaatz has scored the music for this film which is jointly produced by First Copy Pictures and Night Show Cinema.
