The film is directed by Manu Anand, a former associate of director Gautham Vasudev Menon. The film features Manjima Mohan, Reba Monica John, and Raiza Wilson in the lead roles. The cast also includes Gaurav Narayanan and Gautham Vasudev Menon, who will be seen in pivotal roles. The film will also feature south Indian film tracker Prashanth Rangaswamy in a significant role. Prashanth has dubbed for his portions earlier in September and the film is expected to release this year.
In February, a teaser of the film was released showing Vishnu playing Abu Bakker Abdulla, a Muslim youth who has been framed as a terrorist for being extremely religious. Menon was seen playing a cop who is on a hunt for Abdulla.
The film is bankrolled by Vishnu’s home banner Vishnu Vishal Studioz after Anand Joy’s Sujataa Entertainment dropped out of the project due to a lack of funds. The film’s technical crew consists of Arul Vincent handling the camera, N Ashwath composing the music, and Prasanna GK on the edit. Stunt Silva will be choreographing the action sequences.
