Director Gautham Menon has rubbished rumors of a multi-starer film featuring Vikram and Nivin Pauly as the main leads. Excitement was in the air as reports circulated of both the actors coming together for the director’s next Tamil venture.
As per a story in the Times of India, the 43-year-old director has said, “They are totally false news and baseless too.” The film is reported to have both the stars pitted against each other, and Nivin was set to play the baddie in the film.

Nivin Pauly had met with the director for discussions on collaborating with him. It is said that the project is still “in discussions stage” and he is yet to sign a project. However, the Acham Yenbathu Madamaiyada director is all set to work with another Mollywood actor soon, Prithviraj. The film is hailed as a multi-starer with actors from all the South film industries and will be entirely shot in USA.
Meanwhile, Vikram is busy with the shoot of Karikalan, Garuda, Saamy 2, while Nivin Pauly is finishing his Tamil movie with director Gautham Ramachandran.
