Gautham Menon will launch the teaser of Goli Soda 2 which is being directed by Vijay Milton. He will be giving voiceover to the teaser which is scheduled for release next week.
A source told Silverscreen, “Milton was looking for a unique voice for the teaser and realised that Menon would be the right person for the voiceover.”

Three years after the release of Goli Soda, Milton began shooting for the sequel. The filming is proceeding at a brisk pace, with a bunch of young actors in the lead. Samuthirakani plays a major role in the film and is essaying the role of a suspended constable. In the first part of Goli Soda, there was a pivotal character called ATM. In Goli Soda 2, Samuthirakani’s role will be on the lines of ATM’s character.
Goli Soda, which had dialogues written by director Pandiraj, was about a group of teenagers, who start an eatery in their area, aiming to making it big. The film was a super hit, and was critically acclaimed as well.
Menon is currently filming Enai Noki Payum Thota and Dhruva Natchathiram.
