An aide close to Ghibran told Deccan Chronicle, “He has given his official nod for the script, but is yet to sign on the dotted lines. The story of this untitled venture is based on an incident that happened in Belgium during World War I. The team is currently in talks with several Hollywood actors and technicians to be part of the team.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been approached to play a major role in the film. A leading Tamil filmmaker is also in talks to direct the project.
Ghibran has composed for Chennai – Singapore 2, Adhe Kangal, Maayavan, and Magalir Mattum. Mithradass is best known for the Malayalam film Harishchandra (1995).
