At the audio launch of Anegan, Dhanush thanked KV Anand for being flexible with his dates. “I got the opportunity to work in Shamitabh when we were shooting for Anegan. I was praying that I shouldn’t lose the chance, since it offers a lot of acting scope. I spoke with KV Anand sir. If he hadn’t helped, I would have lost Shamitabh. He agreed to adjust the dates for me,” said Dhanush.
The actor added that Anegan is memorable to him in many ways. “I have worn nice clothes for the first time. I always get to wear torn clothes in my films. Anegan is the biggest project of my career.”
Directed by KV Anand, Anegan features Bollywood actress Amyra Dastur, Aishwarya Deven and Karthik. Harris Jayaraj has composed music.
