Isai has been censored with a U/A certificate, paving way for a December release. The film is said to feature some intimate scenes, and hence comes with the parental guidance tag, we hear. The movie marks the return of actor/director SJ Surya and also marks his composing debut.
It deals with two warring music composers, and the roles essayed by Sathyaraj and SJ Surya are rumoured to be based on AR Rahman and Ilaiyaraaja.
The audio was launched earlier this month by actors Vijay and Dhanush. The film has been scheduled for a December release.
