As Jigarthanda continues to rule the box office and garner positive reviews all round, we hear that the film was originally titled Padam. The story was written by Karthik Subbaraj much before Pizza happened.
And as soon as production began, the title was changed to Jigarthanda. The film has also made a superstar out of Bobby Simha, who plays the villain.
