Actor Siddharth, on Sunday, announced that the release of his production venture, Jil Jung Juk, directed by debutant Deeraj Vaidy, has been postponed to next year. The movie was supposed to hit the theatres this Christmas, but the unprecedented rainfall and flash floods in Chennai delayed the post-production work of Jil Jung Juk.

Siddharth, along with RJ Balaji, is now actively involved in the rehabilitation of the people affected in the recent floods in Chennai and Cuddalore.
Jil Jung Juk, featuring Siddharth, Sananth Reddy and Avinash Raghuvendan is a dark action-comedy. Songs composed by Vishal Chandrasekar, have opened to positive response.
