A far cry from what Salman Khan looked like in Judwaa (1997), 20 years later, Raja and Prem return with Varun Dhawan playing the twins this time. Judwaa 2‘s trailer has Varun playing Raja and Prem – twins who were separated by birth and bumps into each other much later.
The trailer shows Prem, the goody-two-shoes twin, explains to a doctor about how he’s doesn’t have much control over his body. Sometimes kissing a woman, sometimes hitting a policeman – Prem is confused why these weird things happen to him.
We are then introduced to Raja, the badmaash twin who is brash, uncouth, and resembles just about any tapori on the road. They meet and together, they share their adventures including falling in love (with Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu), and destroying the smuggling nexus to save their family.
