The producers of Kakki Sattai have released an advertisement today stating that the film will release during Pongal. The exact release date of the movie has not been announced yet. Besides Kakki Sattai, I, Yennai Arindhaal and Aambala are also set to release during Pongal. Cheran’s JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai might hit the theatres around the same time too.
Produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, Kakki Sattai has Sivakarthikeyan and Sri Divya in the lead. RS Durai Senthilkumar of Ethir Neechal fame directs the flick, while Madan of Escape Artist Motion Pictures distributes it. Anirudh composes music. The audio will be launched on December 12.
