Film maker S.S Rajamouli is in awe of the trailer of director Krish’s Kanche, a romantic-drama set against the backdrop of World War II. Stunned by the film’s trailer, which was released yesterday, the Baahubali director said: “The moment I saw war tank in the trailer, I got goose bumps. I have realized the kind of hard work and detailing that went into the making”.
Krish’s films are critically acclaimed, the response they receive at the box-office haven’t been extra-ordinarily great, said Rajamouli, who added that Kanche would definitely break that barrier. The film features Varun Tej as an Indian solider and debutante Pragya Jaiswal as his love interest. Slated for release on October 2, the film will present a macro and micro level perspective of love and war.
