Karaiyoram, directed by Sandalwood filmmaker JKS, was launched today. The film features Nikesha Patel, Iniya, Ganesh Prasath and Kannada actor Vasista. A thriller, the movie will be predominantly shot in a beach-house while some portions will be filmed in Mangalore and Bengaluru. Nikesha Patel said, “I play a unique role in Karaiyoram. I am very glad I got an opportunity to shoulder the whole movie.”
Actor Ganesh Prasath revealed that the first schedule will begin on November 10. Director JKS said, “Since it’s a thriller, I have written a tight script. As the entire film is set in a beach-house, we are going to use only eight artistes including the leads.”
Produced by Ananth and Ramalingaiya, Karaiyoram will release in Tamil and Kannada. The movie would also mark Iniya’s debut in Sandalwood. Sujith Shetty composes music.
