Actors Karthi Sivakumar and Rakul Preet have started shooting for their upcoming Tamil film Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru in Rajasthan. The film will be shot in several places outside south India, including Gujarat and the interior areas of Ladakh.

Karthi will be playing the role of a sleuth in the film which is directed by H Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai fame. Preparing for the film, Karthi had undergone rigorous training at the YMCA campus. Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru marks the Tamil debut of popular Marathi poet and actor Kishore Kadam. The film also has Bihari actor Abhimanyu Singh playing the villain.
Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film is slated for a mid-2017 release and in two languages – Telugu and Tamil.
