Director KV Anand, who has previously worked with writer duo SuBa, will be collaborating with lyricist and writer Kabilan Vairamuthu for his next film. Kabilan, son of writer Vairamuthu, had written a song, “Deivangal Ingae”, in Anand’s film Anegan.
While the project hasn’t yet been formally announced, actor Jiiva is likely to be cast as the male lead in the film. Other contenders for the role include Sivakarthikeyan and Arya. Jiiva’s earlier work with Anand includes the highly successful 2011 film Ko.
