Rajinikanth’s Lingaa is progressing at a brisk pace in Mysore. While the team was earlier denied permission to shoot in the Mysore Palace, we now get to know that the crew has finally managed to film a song sequence alongwith a few scenes in the Gold Room of the palace – Ambavilasa.
Rajinikanth and Sonakshi Sinha were earlier shooting at the backwaters of the Cauvery river – the Superstar apparently wore a costume from the British era while Sonakshi was seen in a sari. After the Mysore shoot, the unit will soon move to Ramoji Rao Film City; and the movie’s second heroine – Anushka Shetty – will reportedly join the team there.
