Rockline Venkatesh, at the audio launch of Lingaa, declared that the movie will release on Rajinikanth’s birthday – December 12. However, when KS Ravikumar addressed the audience, he said that the team has been working hard to release the movie soon. “But I’m not going to reveal the date because the film has to be censored first. Also, a lot of CG work is left. We are rushing.”
Lingaa also features Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Shetty, Santhanam, and Kichcha Sudeep. AR Rahman has composed music.
