The first look motion poster of Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, Lingaa was released in the wee hours of August 29 (Vinayagar Chathurthi). The 15 seconds motion poster features Rajinikanth in a stylish casual attire. Social media was abuzz with posters of the film soon after its release, as fans seemed delighted to see Superstar looking young and swagger.
Lingaa is directed by KS Ravikumar. The duo Rajinikanth and KS Ravikumar has worked together earlier in hits like Muthu and Padaiyappa. AR Rahman is composing the music for Lingaa, which has been produced by Rockline Venkatesh. Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha makes her debut in Tamil with Lingaa. Actors Anushka Shetty, Santhanam and Karunakaran have also been roped in. Lingaa will be released on December 12,on Rajinikanth’s birthday, this year.
