The audio rights of Maari have been acquired by Sony Music. The film has the music of Anirudh Ravichander and features Dhanush and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles. The audio of Dhanush – Anirudh’s first film together – 3, was also released by Sony Music and went on to become a huge hit. It is expected that this project too will reach the same level of success. Maari is said to be a ‘fun entertainer’ in which Dhanush is rumoured to play the role of a tailor. Balaji Mohan, who directed Vaayai Moodi Pesavum last year, is at the helm of this project while Radhika Sarathkumar produces it under her Magic Frames banner.
