Director Balaji Mohan, on Wednesday, took to Twitter to announce that the audio launch of his upcoming movie Maari has been postponed to June 4. Sony Music South, who has bagged the audio rights of the movie, reportedly requested the Maari team to postpone the audio launch as they needed some more time to make the audio available on all platforms at the same time to create a wider reach.

Earlier, the audio launch of Maari was scheduled to happen on May 25 and the same was announced by producer Radikaa Sarath Kumar. The teaser of Maari will be released this evening and the movie will hit screens on July 17, clashing with actor Sivakarthikeyan’s Rajini Murugan.
Maari, directed by Balaji Mohan, stars Dhanush and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles while singer Vijay Yesudas, Robo Shankar, Kaali Venkat and Arjunan will be seen in pivotal roles. Jointly produced by Wunderbar Films and Magic Frames, Maari has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
