Madhavan will write the dialogues for the Hindi version of his upcoming film with Sarkunam. He did the same for Nala Damayanthi.

This film will be shot in Thailand, Nepal, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff will play the villain of the piece in this project. Sarkunam is busy with the pre-production work on this project. Post an official launch in 2017, the film will go on the floors by February 2017, reports said.
Meanwhile, Madhavan is busy filming Vikram Vedha, in which he plays an investigative officer. Vijay Sethupathi plays a North Madras don in this quirky movie directed by Pushkar – Gayathri. Sam CS is composing the music.
Madhavan also has the Tamil remake of the Dulquer Salmaan film Charlie.
