Sandamarudham will have Sarath Kumar playing two vastly different roles – as Suriya and Sarveshwaran. Suriya is the protagonist of the piece and plays a cop while Sarveshwaran is a criminal and the villain, said director Venkatesh. “Sarath sir has done a fantastic job playing the hero and the villain. It’s not a new concept in Tamil cinema, but we have treated it differently. Uthayakumar’s excellent camera work was very integral to the movie as we wanted it to be stylish and fast-paced. The visuals will speak for themselves, wait and watch!”
The story has been written by Sarath Kumar while Rajesh has helped with the screenplay and dialogues. Oviya and Meera Nandan are the heroines in this film. James Vasanthan has composed the soundtrack and the audio will be launched by the end of this month, according to the film’s publicist.
