Sakthivel, the Business Head of Dream Factory, who, in collaboration with Studio Green, released actress Jyotika’s comeback film 36 Vayadhinile, has said that the film is being shifted to the main screens in most of the theatres in Tamil Nadu.

The film was initially released in 210 theatres across Tamil Nadu and has collected over Rs 7 crores as of now. The film has received positive reviews on all fronts and the producer is quite confident that the movie would easily make Rs 18 to 20 crores if it continues its successful run.
Meenakshi Sundaram, Manager at Mayajaal multiplex, stated that family audiences are more in number and that the movie is a huge success.
36 Vayadhinile is the Tamil remake of the Malayalam film How Old Are YouYou, starring Manju Warrier. Director Rosshan Andrews, who helmed the original, directed the Tamil version with actress Jyotika and actor Rahman in the lead roles. This film is produced by actor Suriya under his home banner 2D Entertainment.
