Actor Naga Chaitanya is teaming up with Manam and Gang Leader fame director Vikram K Kumar for his 20th film. Titled Thank You, the film will be bankrolled by Dil Raju, Shirish, and Harshith Reddy under their Sri Venkateswara Creations banner.
The announcement was made on Saturday on the occasion of actor Nagarjuna‘s birthday. The birthday-cum-announcement poster saw Dil Raju thanking Nagarjuna for being a part of their film journey for the past 20 years, Naga Chaitanya thanking his father for being his king, and Vikram thanking him for being a part of Manam.

The untitled film will reportedly present Naga Chaitanya in a never seen before style. “Everyone is aware of the classic Manam which came in the Chaitanya-Vikram combination. Now it is a pleasure to be doing a movie yet again with the same combo. Details of the other actors and technicians in the film will be announced soon, ” said the producers in a statement.
While Vikram is penning the screenplay, BVS Ravi is penning the story and dialogues.
Earlier, Gopichand Achanta’s 14 Reels Plus had announced that they would be bankrolling ‘NC 20’ to be helmed by Geetha Govindam fame Parasuram Petla. However, the project later turned out to become ‘SSMB 27’ a.k.a Sarkaru Vaari Paata starring Mahesh Babu with Parasuram wielding the megaphone.

Meanwhile, Chaitanya also has Sekhar Kammula‘s Love Story in the pipeline. He will reportedly be seen as a village youth who migrates to the city in search of a livelihood. Sai Pallavi has been paired opposite the actor in the film.
