Actor Nagarjuna says he regrets not having the chance to work on Rajamouli’s Baahubali, which has become a massive box-office success. Speaking at a recent book launch, Nagarjuna said he grew up watching mythological films made by his father Akkineni Nageswara Rao, and by NT Rama Rao, and that they had always fascinated him. He added that he would love to portray the character of Ravana on screen, provided someone approached him with an interesting offer for a mythological project. He said he was envious of all the actors in Baahubali.

Nagarjuna has recently returned from Europe after a month-long for his upcoming bilingual with Karthi. He plays a quadriplegic multi-millionaire, caretaker to Karthi’s character, who has just returned from prison.
