Nandita Swetha is in talks to act alongside Adivi Sesh for a new film. The movie, said to be a remake of Sathuranga Vettai, will be directed by Gopi Ganesh.
A spokesperson for Nandita said:
“Nandita has been approached for the lead role. She is still in talks, and we will confirm her association with the project as and when it happens.”
Adivi Sesh will reprise Natty’s role; while Nandita will take on Ishara’s role. H Vinoth, director of the original, is said to have signed on in a supervisory capacity.
Nandita Swetha’s last Telugu release Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada was met with much acclaim. In Tamil, Nandita has Ulkuthu, Idam Porul Yeval, Nenjam Marappathillai, and Kaathiruppor Pattiyal.
