Actress Nayanthara, who already has a slew of films in the pipeline, has reportedly signed a dark comedy called Co Co, bankrolled by Lyca Productions. According to a Deccan Chronicle report, the film will be directed by debutant Nelson Dilipkumar.
A source told DC that apart from Nayanthara, the film will also have Yogi Babu in a pivotal role. Reports suggest that the music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Saranya Ponvannan is also part of the cast.

The Times of India reports that Lyca was quite impressed with the script that they decided to get on board and begin work soon. They will begin shooting this film mid-August.
Nayanthara, who recently won a Tamil Nadu State Award, was also announced as the female lead in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 102nd film, directed by KS Ravikumar. She will also be seen in a Malayalam film – Love Action Drama – with Nivin Pauly, as well as in two Tamil films – Vellaikaran and Imaikkaa Nodigal.
