Neeraj Pandey has dismissed rumours that he was working on a political satire titled Jhoota Kahin Ka. Rumours within the industry said that Manoj Bajpayee and Kartik Aryan were cast for this film, but Neeraj and his team have refuted the claims.

A spokesperson for Neeraj and Shital Bhatia, has issued a statement which reads, “We are currently amidst the post-production work for Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and will soon begin pre-production for Aiyaary. The team in no capacity is in talks over an upcoming satire.”
Neeraj and Shital’s last film was Naam Shabana. However, Shital has since been working with Toilet – Ek Prem Katha, while Neeraj has been working on a film titled Aiyaary, with Manoj Bajpayee and Siddharth Malhotra in the lead roles. The film is supposed to delve into the relationship between a mentor and his protege.
