No heroine yet for GV Prakash Kumar

Looks like music composer GV Prakash Kumar has taken to acting with a vengeance. After the teen drama Pencil, the composer has signed on the interestingly titled Trisha Illa Nayanthara (we are quite curious about the plot). As expected, the unusual title has brought it unprecedented attention. Directed by newbie Adhik Ravichandran, a close associate of the composer, the movie is touted to be a romantic comedy. And, we hear that the makers have been on the lookout for a suitable actress to play the female lead ever since the project was announced. That’s not all. Sources also tell us that the potential heroine has a few boxes to check: she has to be short(er) and relatively unknown. While several names, including that of actress Anandhi and Pencil heroine Sri Vidhya are bandied about, an official announcement is expected soon.
